Where do we ship to?

Bamboo delivers to addresses Australia wide.

We unfortunately do not ship internationally yet.

 

How much does delivery cost?

A transaction under $100 will have a standard shipping cost of $8.95 or express shipping for $14.95. 

Free standard shipping is applied to a single transaction that's $100 and over.

 

How long will delivery take?

The time to receive you order will depend on your location.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed after payment. 

Delivery can take up to 2 - 10 days depending on your location and method of shipping.

Australia Post Shipping Times:

VIC, NSW & ACT: 2 - 5 business days

TAS, SA & QLD: 4 - 6 business days

WA & NCT: 7 - 9 business days

Made to order items: please allow at least 2 weeks before we can process and ship out your order. Don't expect immediate delivery after ordering. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3 business days to receive this email.

Express Shipping 

For customers who have paid for Express Shipping, we will give your order the highest priority in terms of processing.  However, please understand that Australia Post does not guarantee delivery for Express Post any more since the Pandemic, and we have not control over how fast they can delivery your order. Therefore even if you have paid for Express Post, it may take longer than you expect.

We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us by you.

Please note that we do not cover or replace any orders that are lost in transit.

We unfortunately will not be liable for any incorrect delivery address that has been provided to us. If your package is not retrievable, a refund or replacement cannot be offered.
