Ruffle high-low white dress

White high-low formal dress with ruffled layers, floral appliques with rhinestones, beads and sequins. Two floral applique patches on the sides with embroidered and chiffon florals around the front. Dress has cotton lining with tulle, a glittered tulle layer with tulle overlay. Waist tie at the back to cinch the waist with zipper closure.
